Riot Hospitality Group has announced plans to launch a fine dining venue, Shiv Supper Club, in Scottsdale in the US state of Arizona in early 2025.
To be located in the Old Town, Shiv Supper Club states that it aims to merge culinary artistry with immersive entertainment, setting a new standard for the social and culinary scene both locally and nationally.
The 13,869ft² location will provide modern elegance through its design, featuring dramatic lighting, cascading greenery and sculptural elements.
The menu will be crafted by Riot Hospitality Group's culinary director Dustin Cooke and Michelin-starred chef Jeff Mahin.
It will feature luxury ingredients with innovative presentations, such as the signature Truffle Butter Bread Service and the Caviar Dome with fresh lobster and brioche toast.
Entrees will include the Scallop Crudo with citrus buttermilk cream and the Smoke Show Chowder with Halibut in lemon chowder broth.
For steak lovers, Shiv offers charcoal-fired prime steaks such as the Colossal Tomahawk.
With a variety of drinks and a curated wine list, Shiv will also feature nightly entertainment with a blend of contemporary music genres, and a Dessert Room.
Riot Hospitality Group CEO Ryan Hibbert said: "We created Shiv Supper Club to be a fully immersive experience inspired by the world's most renowned dining destinations.
"From the creativity behind the menu to the energy of the venue, every element has been perfectly crafted to excite every guest, and Shiv elevates the standard for fine dining in Scottsdale."
