Romacorp, the parent company of Tony Roma's, has named Mohaimina Haque as its new interim CEO.

Romacorp is also the parent company of Tony Roma's Legendary Grill and Tony Roma's Bones & Burgers.

Haque, the company's current outside general counsel, founded The Law Office of Mohaimina Haque.

Haque has served as the outside counsel to Romacorp for the past two years. She has managed all legal matters for the company and served as a close strategic advisor.

As the company's new interim CEO, Haque will focus on creating strategies to attract a broader range of customers to the global family of restaurants.

She will also encourage the invigoration of the company's environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) initiatives.

Haque said: "It is an honour to accept this broader role within Romacorp as we bring our mouth-watering ribs and other menu items to loyal and new customers alike. I am excited to bring a fresh perspective from outside the food industry to Romacorp and help each of the brands drive innovative thinking within our current and future locations.
