US-based restaurant chain Ruth’s Chris Steak House has further expanded its store footprint in Florida by opening a new location in Sarasota County.

Located in Lakewood Ranch, the new restaurant covers an area of 7,016ft².

It features one main dining room, one casual dining room, two private dining rooms, a bar, a bar lounge and a patio.

The new location will be the brand’s 16th location in Florida.

Ruth’s Chris Steak House president Cheryl Henry said: “The Lakewood Ranch location is our 16th in the state of Florida, representing an exciting expansion in the region that further entrenches us in this area’s fine dining scene.

“We’re thrilled to continue to serve this community and look forward to more expansion opportunities in the future.”

The restaurant brand, known for its steaks, also offers its guests seafood, scratch-made side dishes, desserts, craft cocktails and choice wines.

Ruth’s Chris Lakewood Ranch location also hosts a Happy Hour, which includes food and full-size appetizers, hand-crafted cocktails and wine.

In August this year, Ruth’s Chris Steak House opened a new location in Albany, New York.

The new restaurant is located at 1 Metro Park Road and is the brand’s fifth location in the state.

Covering an area of 8,572ft², the Albany location features a dining room, a bar, a bar lounge, a patio and two private dining rooms.

Full-service restaurant (FSR) was the largest profit sector channel in Germany in 2022

The Germany foodservice profit sector generated revenue of EUR84.8 billion ($89.3 billion) in 2022, and is expected to grow at a CAGR of more than 11% during 2022-2027. FSR was the largest foodservice profit sector channel in 2022, reflecting the popularity of traditional fine-dining experiences among German consumers. Despite the highly fragmented market, pub, club & bar channel is set to record the highest growth during 2022–27, triggered by an increase in transactions and average transaction value.
