US-based quick service restaurant brand Salad and Go has announced the opening of its 100th location in the country to coincide with its tenth anniversary.
The new store will be located at 7715 North El Capitan Way, Las Vegas, Nevada.
Salad and Go CEO Charlie Morrison said: “Reaching our 100th location in a record time marks a historic achievement in our brand's journey.
“More importantly, it is a tribute to our valued guests and our greater mission to make fresh, nutritious food convenient and affordable for ALL. This is just the beginning as we continue venturing into new communities and impacting the lives of those we serve.”
The company has launched 20 new stores this year alone, including the latest one in Las Vegas.
The restaurant brand has set a target to have more than 135 locations across the country by the end of this year.
Salad and Go offers guests a choice of salads, wraps, breakfast burritos, soups, lemonades, teas and cold brew coffees.
Salad and Go co-founder and executive chef Daniel Patino said: “Our brand was built on the belief that everyone deserves access to healthy, affordable and delicious food. Now with 100 locations and many more to come, this vision becomes more impactful every day.”
