American quick-service restaurant brand Salad and Go is set to expand its menu offerings with four autumn-inspired menu items for 2024.

Available for a limited period across all its locations, the items will be rolled out from 18 September.

The brand is known for its made-to-order salads, wraps, breakfast burritos and hand-crafted beverages.

The items were created by Salad and Go's Michelin-trained chef, Daniel Patino.

The seasonal additions are The Beet Goes On Superfood Salad, the Sweet Heat Breakfast Bowl, Cinnamon Dulce Coffee and Spiced Cranberry Lemonade.

The Beet Goes On Superfood Salad is a mix of roasted beets, quinoa, candied pecans, carrots, feta and romaine, complemented by a choice of protein and a new raspberry vinaigrette.

The Sweet Heat Breakfast Bowl combines scrambled eggs, sweet potatoes, avocado, red pepper and pepper jack cheese, all brought together with a new spicy adobo sauce. The bowl is also available as a breakfast burrito.

Salad and Go has also introduced a new option for coffee enthusiasts, who can enhance hot coffee or cold brew with cinnamon dulce syrup.

Spiced Cranberry Lemonade combines hand-crafted cranberry lemonade with a touch of cinnamon.

The four limited-time items are available at all Salad and Go locations across Arizona, Texas, Oklahoma and Nevada.

They can order through the drive-through, for pick-up or delivery via the Salad and Go app or online. Delivery is also available through DoorDash.

In June 2023, Salad and Go opened its 100th store at 7715 North El Capitan Way, Las Vegas, Nevada.
