Serious Eats is set to open as Grand Prairie's first food hall in Texas, offering a range of food and beverage options, Restaurant News Release has reported.
Located at 2971 S. State Highway 161, within the EpicCentral entertainment complex, the micro-food hall is scheduled to open on 2 August 2024.
The outlet will offer pizza, sliders and milkshakes, complemented by a full-service bar serving beer, cocktails and alcoholic shakes.
It will feature an interior wall that opens to the Jambox stage, enhancing the dining experience with live music, watch parties and trivia nights.
Outdoor seating is available, as well as picnic spots on the lawn with views of the nightly Illuvia fountain show.
Its parent company, Milkshake Concepts, is known for unique dining experiences, as seen with its other ventures in EpicCentral which include Vidorra Cocina de Mexico and The Finch American Grill.
The opening of Serious Eats will be marked by a ribbon-cutting ceremony, live music and giveaways.
Serious Eats’ signature offerings will include the 22-ounce Serious Shakes, with flavours such as Strawberry Shortcake, It’s Your Birthday and Peanut Butter Explosion.
Milkshake Concepts CEO Imran Sheikh said: “EpicCentral in Grand Prairie has played a major role in the growth of our company and our experiential concepts.
“We’re thrilled to introduce both new and existing brands to this growing community and guests from all corners of the DFW Metroplex. We have had exciting plans for the Serious brand for some time, and we were very excited about building off our existing menu by adding fun sliders and extreme, over-the-top milkshakes."
