Snack POS has integrated its point-of-sale (POS) solutions for restaurants with third-party delivery platforms such as UberEats, Grubhub, DoorDash and Postmates.
The company noted that this integration would streamline restaurants’ operations, improve order accuracy, efficiency and expand its delivery reach.
The company further claims that integrating third-party delivery apps would transform how restaurants manage their incoming orders, simplifying and enhancing their workflow.
Centralisation of all the delivery orders through the Snack POS system will help restaurants eliminate the need for multiple tablets and manual order confirmation processes.
It will also minimise the chances of errors and help restaurants to optimise their order management process for maximum effectiveness.
Snack POS chief operating officer Rohan Patange said: “We are thrilled to announce the integration of Snack POS with leading third-party delivery applications, such as UberEats, Grubhub, DoorDash, Postmates and more.
“Our mission has always been to provide restaurant owners and operators with innovative solutions that simplify their operations and enhance their overall efficiency.
“This integration eliminates the need for multiple tablets, ensuring a seamless order management process and improved customer service.”
The integration with UberEats, Grubhub, DoorDash, Postmates and other leading delivery applications is available immediately to all Snack POS customers.
In April 2023, the company added a new feature to its POS software that allows restaurant guests to pay tips directly on the customer-facing screen.
