The ONE Group Hospitality has expanded its culinary presence with the launch of the latest STK Steakhouse restaurant in Aventura, Florida, US.

Situated at 19505 Biscayne Blvd, this new addition to the South Florida dining scene invites guests to enjoy "vibe dining" with live music, cocktails and innovative cuisine.

STK Aventura is a company-owned location. It is the third restaurant in Florida and joins its sister venue in South Beach as the second STK establishment in Miami-Dade County.

ONE Group president and CEO Emanuel “Manny” Hilario said: “Our friends in the Sunshine State have been wonderful, so we’re excited to bring a third STK Steakhouse experience to Florida. At STK, we continue to serve up an unmatched dining experience through our reimagined steakhouse classics, signature cocktails created by best-in-class mixologists, expansive wine list and vibe-setting atmosphere.”

The steakhouse is designed to provide an immersive atmosphere for patrons to savour brunch, lunch or dinner, or enjoy Happy Hour.

The restaurant's interior features stylish and imaginative design elements that complement items such Lil BRG Sliders, Wagyu Meatballs and Short Rib Quesadillas.

STK Aventura also offers an extensive takeout and delivery service.

The wine list is an integral part of the STK experience. Guests can pair wines from around the world with a range of premium dry-aged steaks.

With operating hours extending from early lunch until late, STK Aventura caters to a different dining preferences and schedules.

In December 2023 the ONE Group Hospitality opened Utah’s first STK Steakhouse location in downtown Salt Lake City.
