Quick-service pizza franchise Stoner's Pizza Joint has opened its 50th US location in San Marcos, Texas.

The store is situated at 748 North LBJ Drive, a short distance from Texas State University.

Since January 2024, Stoner's has launched 16 new outlets, including five in Florida. Its Clemson, South Carolina outlet opened in August.

To celebrate the opening, the San Marcos location will offer a special promotion of $4.20 for small one-topping pizzas on 24 October.

Stoner's Pizza Joint will also donate 50 pizzas to local first responders on 28 October to commemorate National First Responders Day.

The brand is on course to exceed $50m in sales for 2025.

The brand features a delivery and takeout model emphasising the use of fresh ingredients prepared daily.

Its menu offers special recipe pizza dough, sauce and a cheese blend. Customers can enjoy speciality pizzas, calzones, strombolis, in-house smoked chicken wings, fresh salads and warm baked desserts.

The brand currently operates 50 restaurants across seven states and has a further 15 under development.

In September 2024, Stoner's Pizza partnered with the NHL's Florida Panthers, becoming their Official Pizza for the next four years.
