US-based quick service pizza franchise Stoner’s Pizza Joint has announced the opening of its new restaurant in Tampa, Florida.

The new restaurant will be located at 15441 North Dale Mabry Highway and will be Stoner’s Pizza’s 35th location in the region.

The opening comes after Stoner’s Pizza Joint signed a multi-unit agreement with franchisee and COO Scott Mobley last month to expand its restaurant footprint in Tampa, Florida.

As per the terms of the agreement, Scott Mobley will be operating three additional stores in Florida over the next two years. Out of the three venues, the first store is planned to open in October this year.

Mobley said: “We are excited to open our first of many Tampa locations.

“We believe this is going to be a big market for the Stoner's brand and look forward to serving our delicious products to the community.”

The new location will offer guests dine-in and take-out options, as well as a full delivery service.

Its menu offerings include pizzas, calzones, strombolis, sandwiches, hickory-smoked chicken wings made daily in-house, freshly prepared salads and freshly baked desserts.

Stoner's Pizza Joint claims that its food items are prepared with proprietary recipes for the pizza dough, sauce and cheese blends.

To open these locations, Mobley also entered into a lease agreement for a location on North Dale Mabry Highway. The restaurant brand aims to open 100 units by the end of 2025.

Full-service restaurant (FSR) was the largest profit sector channel in Germany in 2022

The Germany foodservice profit sector generated revenue of EUR84.8 billion ($89.3 billion) in 2022, and is expected to grow at a CAGR of more than 11% during 2022-2027. FSR was the largest foodservice profit sector channel in 2022, reflecting the popularity of traditional fine-dining experiences among German consumers. Despite the highly fragmented market, pub, club & bar channel is set to record the highest growth during 2022–27, triggered by an increase in transactions and average transaction value.
