US-based quick-service pizza franchise Stoner’s Pizza Joint has signed a multi-unit agreement in Tampa, Florida.
A deal was signed with franchisee and COO Scott Mobley, who will be operating three additional stores in Florida over the next two years.
The first of three restaurants is planned to open in October this year. In this regard, Mobley has signed a lease on North Dale Mabry Highway.
Mobley said: “When you have something good, you double down and look for new markets that suit Stoner's Pizza. We've had our eye on the booming Tampa market for several years and are thrilled to have found our first location."
The restaurant has also set a target to open 100 units by the end of 2025 and seeks new multi-unit operators throughout the US.
Stoner's Pizza Joint owner and CEO John Stetson said: “Stoner's continues to grow through the success of our franchisees. Tampa marks Mobley's fourth location in less than a year which is a testament to the brand's quality.”
In July this year, Stoner’s Pizza Joint opened a new restaurant location in Littleton, Colorado.
The new Littleton location is Stoner’s third restaurant outlet in the greater Denver market and will be operated by JG Restaurant Group, a multi-unit franchisee.
