Sugar Factory American Brasserie has bolstered its presence in the US by opening its newest venue in Boston, Massachusetts.
Situated at 100 South Market Building in Quincy Market, the location offers a range of menu items, indoor and outdoor seating and the brand's signature retail store.
The new Sugar Factory location spans 11,836ft² over two floors.
It includes a 124-seat main dining area, known as the Pink Room, which offers indoor and outdoor seating options.
The Pink Room is designed for special celebrations. It features plush pink booths and flowery chandeliers and is decorated with floral detailing, heart-candy prints, neon signage and twinkling lights.
The room also has a dedicated bar with a capacity for 50 guests.
The venue features two separate bar areas with seating for 34 guests, an outdoor café with seating for 48 and a greenhouse dining space.
Guests are welcomed by a floral wall with neon signage and marble stairs leading to the second-floor main dining room, a 360-degree marble bar and the candy retail store.
The restaurant's white marble bar seats provide full-menu service, including its signature smoking candy goblets with or without alcohol.
Brunch, lunch and dinner items are available from a scratch kitchen, with a host of specially created New England-influenced dishes.
The brunch menu includes dishes such as Reese's Pieces Churro French Toast and the S'mores Nutella Waffle.
Sugar Factory's Iced Coffees, based on cold brew and topped with waffles, will also be served in a range of flavours.
The menu also features a selection of 8oz Monster Burgers, including the Signature Sugar Factory Burger and the 24K Gold Burger, served with edible 24K gold leaf.
There is also a selection of Smashed Burgers, soups and sandwiches along with pasta dishes such as Linguini and Clams and Spicy Chicken Parmesan a la Vodka.
