Sunset Hospitality Group (SHG) is set to introduce four new lifestyle food and beverage (F&B) locations in Milan.
Expected to be launched this September, the four venues include Isola Ristorante, SACHI Japanese Restaurant, Gioia Pasticceria and Lounge Bar Giardino Cordusio.
The proposed locations will be situated at the restored Palazzo Venezia, which is now being relocated to Palazzo Cordusio by Gran Meliá.
The move is part of the group’s plan to boost its European footprint.
The new SACHI restaurant in Milan will operate under chef Moon Kyung Soo and feature a new menu offering several local flavours of Japan.
The restaurant will provide its guests with diverse experiences such as an Omakase counter, a dining area, a SACHI Garden and an open terrace space providing views of the city.
Brand chef Francesco Bagnato will lead the upcoming Isola Ristorante, which will feature interiors inspired by Mediterranean settings.
It will also feature a dedicated bar area, an outdoor terrace and a menu inspired by the southern islands of Italy such as Sicily, Sardinia and Capri.
Furthermore, Gioia Pasticceria has been developed by SHG in collaboration with master baker Fabio Bertoni.
Giardino Cordusio is a champagne bar and lounge developed by SHG in alliance with mixologist and Mancino Vermouth founder Giancarlo Mancino.
Sunset Hospitality Group CEO Antonio Gonzalez said: “Italy's thriving hospitality market makes it a perfect destination for our growth plans.
“These thoughtfully designed concepts embody our commitment to providing our guests with exceptional experiences and we look forward to introducing them to the market very soon.”
