Sushi by Boū, part of the Simplevenue hospitality group, has announced plans to open a new location in Boca Raton, Florida.

The new location is scheduled to open on 21 July 2023 at 409 SE Mizner Boulevard, Royal Palm Place. Its opening follows the unveiling of Sushi by Boū's new West Palm Beach outlet last month.

The new Boca Raton restaurant will offer the group's classic omakase experience, serving an array of delicacies such as hamachi (yellowtail), botan ebi (spotted prawn), Ikura (salmon roe), hotate (scallop) and O-Toro (fatty tuna).

The restaurant will also provide extra outdoor seating and its design is inspired by the 1920s art deco era.

The venue's ambience will pay tribute to American architect Addison Mizner and his love for geometric tiles and monkeys in bathroom design. The restaurant's design will also feature diverse textures and improved ornamentation.

The openings of the Boca Raton and West Palm Beach locations will bring the total number of restaurants operated by Sushi by Boū to 14 locations across the US and the total number of Simplevenue's sites to 18.
