Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café will strengthen its footprint in the US state of Minnesota with a new store in the Galleria Shopping Centre in the city of Edina by the autumn of 2025.
The Galleria is situated at 69th Street and France Avenue.
The expansion is driven by Tenacity Restaurant Group, a team with more than two decades of restaurant experience.
Led by CEO Dustin Wetzel, chief financial officer Pete Thelen and Dan Vansteenburg, the group has already launched two Sweet Paris locations in Minnesota – one in Woodbury and another in the Mall of America - with two more in the pipeline.
Wetzel stated: "Bringing Sweet Paris to the Galleria allows us to reach more members of the Twin Cities community and allow everyone to experience this unique dining concept.
“We've developed a strong relationship with the Sweet Paris team as we've established our footprint in the Twin Cities area, and we are eager to continue to develop our partnership through this next café opening.”
With the addition of the new Edina outlet, Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café's nationwide presence will comprise 20 operational stores across Texas, Florida, Minnesota, Arizona and Mexico.
Sweet Paris co-founder Allison Chavez stated: "Expanding our Minnesota presence is an exciting element of our overall growth strategy, and we are confident in our continued partnership with Tenacity Restaurant Group.
“As we continue to grow our national footprint, we are eager to bring the taste of Paris to more communities across the country. Sweet Paris offers an upscale yet affordable dining experience and opening our doors at the Galleria is the perfect next step for our brand's presence in the Twin Cities market."
