American fast-casual restaurant brand Sweetgreen has announced three seasonal menu items for autumn 2024.

The limited-time offerings are the Autumn Harvest Bowl, air-fried Maple Glazed Brussels Sprouts with Chicken protein plate, and Maple Glazed Brussels Sprouts with Sweet Potatoes side.

The new Autumn Harvest Bowl features roasted sweet potatoes, apples, goats' cheese, blackened chicken and warm wild rice, enhanced by the seasonal addition of Maple Glazed Brussels Sprouts.

Coated in extra virgin olive oil and a mix of spices, the new Brussels Sprouts are air-fried to achieve a caramelised char, then drizzled with housemade maple sauce.

The Maple Glazed Brussels + Chicken provides a protein-rich plate that includes blackened chicken, warm wild rice, Maple Glazed Brussels Sprouts, roasted sweet potatoes, and crispy onions, all served with a side of Sweetgreen’s housemade hot honey mustard.

Sweetgreen is also introducing a new side dish, Maple Glazed Brussels + Sweet Potatoes, designed to complement any order from its menu.

The autumn menu is offered at participating Sweetgreen locations across the US until the season concludes.

Guests can place orders in-store, online or via the Sweetgreen app for either pickup or delivery.

Sweetgreen vice-president and marketing head Michael Kotick said: “Our seasonal menus are all about celebrating the flavours and ingredients our fans love during this time of year.

“This season, we wanted to highlight the comforting tastes of fall ingredients at peak freshness, while also playing on our most loved bowl.

“With the addition of Maple Glazed Brussels Sprouts made the Sweetgreen way —air-fried and caramelised to perfection — we can’t wait for our guests to try this new version of a Sweetgreen classic.”

In September 2024, Sweetgreen opened its first Ohio location in the city of Columbus.
