The new venue spans 2,315ft² and can accommodate 20 diners inside, with additional seating for 16 on the patio.

Dining options include in-house serving, pick-up and delivery services.

Orders can be placed through Sweetgreen's website or the dedicated mobile app.

The menu features a range of salads, warm bowls and new protein plates, along with signature dishes such as the Harvest Bowl and the Crispy Rice Bowl.

The menu also offers protein-rich options such as Miso Glazed Salmon, Southwest Chicken Fajita and Hot Honey Chicken plates.

Sweetgreen announced plans to further bolster its presence in Seattle with two additional locations in 2024: South Lake Union and Capitol Hill.

Sweetgreen co-founder and CEO Jonathan Neman said: “We're thrilled to bring Sweetgreen to Seattle and become a part of its incredible community.

“It's more than just offering a convenient and craveable healthy food option; we're committed to connecting with local suppliers and immersing ourselves in Seattle's culture, food scene and community.

“This expansion is an opportunity for collaboration, sourcing locally and contributing to the unique essence of the Pacific Northwest.”

Sweetgreen added the BBQ Salmon Protein Plate, designed for those seeking a high-protein diet, to its menu in January 2024 as part of its “New Year, Full You” campaign, through which it aims to provide customers with nutritious and protein-rich meal options.
