Fast food restaurant company Taco John's is planning to expand its footprint in the US state of Wisconsin by opening a new location in Milwaukee, according to a report by franchising.com.
The new restaurant, which will be located at 4650 S 5th Street, will be the brand's fourth location in the Milwaukee area operated by Pentex Restaurant Group.
Taco John's, which currently owns 30 outlets in Wisconsin, plans to offer several signature items, including Meat and Potato Burritos, Stuffed Grilled Tacos, Potato Olés and Fried Chicken Tacos at the new location.
Pentex Restaurant Group president and franchisee Brett Itterman said: "We can't wait to swing open our doors and expand our Wisconsin community.
"We're honoured by the warm reception our fans have given us and are ready to bring more of Taco John's fresh ingredients, bold flavours and out-of-the-box concepts to Milwaukee."
Taco John's currently owns 365 restaurants in 23 US states.
In October 2023, qsrweb.com reported Taco John's plans to open a location in Monroe, Michigan, creating 30 to 40 jobs in the area.
Franchise operator Meritage Hospitality Group is responsible for the Taco John's outlet in Detroit.
Meritage Hospitality Group president Gary Rose said: "We can't wait to bring the Monroe community an explosion of flavour and to get a taste of Taco John's iconic menu at an incredible value at their new neighbourhood store."
