American restaurant chain Teriyaki Madness is set to open a new location in Henderson, Nevada offering Seattle-style flavoured teriyaki bowls.
Owned by local resident Catherine Loyola, the new franchise at 1647 W Warm Springs Rd will open on 29 March 2024.
The menu offers customisable options featuring marinated steak, chicken, salmon or tofu with fresh, stir-fried vegetables and a base of steamed white, brown or fried rice or Yakisoba noodles.
To mark the opening of Teriyaki Madness in Henderson, Loyola has planned two days of promotions, including discounts on Junior and Regular Chicken Teriyaki Bowls, and opportunities for customers to win free teriyaki.
It will offer free Teriyaki Madness for a month to the first 20 customers who place an order in-store.
Teriyaki Madness CEO Michael Haith said: “From customers and franchisees alike, the demand for Teriyaki Madness is growing everywhere, and we have no plans to slow down anytime soon.
“Catherine's new location in Henderson is a big moment for us and is another important step in our mission to bowl over the whole country with delicious teriyaki.”
Teriyaki Madness, with 140 shops worldwide, has ambitious growth plans for 2024-25.
In 2023 the brand signed a master franchise agreement to expand its presence across Central America, aiming for new markets such as El Salvador, Guatemala, Costa Rica and Nicaragua.
The group plans to open 16 new locations, eight in El Salvador.
