Texas Chicken Malaysia has introduced a new menu item, Red Fortune Chicken, for the upcoming Chinese New Year 2024.

The dish features a distinctive glaze with a blend of tomato, chilli and spices, offering a smoky flavour with medium spiciness. It will be available for a limited time.

Red Fortune Chicken is available in two varieties: marinated bone-in chicken and chicken tenders.

Both variants of Red Fortune Chicken are hand-breaded and fried to a golden-brown finish, to ensure a crispy exterior and moist, tender meat inside.
