US-based casual restaurant chain TGI Fridays has launched its new cocktail menu for this holiday season.

Known as Claus for Celebration, the menu includes 14 new cocktails and mocktails prepared using fresh-squeezed juices and syrups made in-house.

TGI Fridays noted that the Claus for Celebration beverage line-up has been curated by its team of culinary and beverage experts.

With this new assortment, TGI Fridays is also expanding its non-alcoholic offerings, including its spirited and non-alcoholic takes on a margarita.

The new beverage line-up includes Chilled Cocoa, Spiced & Spiked Cider, Nice Blood Orange Margarita, Henny Sweater Weather, Pumpkin Spiced Espresso-tini, The Flying Reindeer and Spruced Up Spritz.

The new holiday season addition also includes Blackberry Long Island Iced Tea, Peppermint Christmas in Jalisco, Skrewed Up S'mores, Star Anise Old Fashioned, Triple Berry Sleigh Ride Shooter and Uncle Nearest's Winter Sour.

TGI Fridays marketing senior vice-president Tiffany Wilburn said: “At Fridays, we're all about creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for our fun-loving Guests, and whether bar hopping or stopping in for dinner and drinks, we want to ensure there are unique and appealing offerings that can be enjoyed by our wide variety of Guests.

“The Claus for Celebration menu and our full bar revamp will do just that. With delicious seasonal offerings on the menu, we're excited for Guests to come in and get 'That Fridays Feeling throughout the holidays.”

TGI Fridays will also serve up three all-new Holiday Combos such as its new Spiked Orange Glaze made with Hennessy Combo, the new Korean Red Chile Combo and the Crispy Whiskey Combo.

Robots are well established in consumer goods and packaging industries, though adoption in foodservice is at a nascent stage

Current metaverse applications in the T&T sector either focus on digital marketing campaigns with real-world rewards for consumers, creating immersive experiences on-site for digitally savvy consumers through AR and VR metaverses, or improving operational efficiency through digital twin technology. As the metaverse evolves, it could offer virtual travel opportunities that complement traditional tourism. However, uptake of the metaverse by smaller travel and tourism operators will remain limited until use cases are affordable and provide a guaranteed return on investment.
