The Habit Burger Grill opens new  restaurant in Washington, US

The new location will be the company's 14th restaurant in Washington.

US-based restaurant company The Habit Burger Grill has opened its new location in University Place, Washington.

Located at 4040 Bridgeport Way, the new location will be opened to the public on 9 August 2023. It will be the company’s 14th restaurant in Washington.

The Habit Burger Grill franchisee AJ Jafrey said: “I’m incredibly honoured to open the 14th Habit location in the state of Washington in the amazing community of University Place, as I’ve always been a huge The Habit Burger Grill fan.

“I’m excited to feed our neighbours our mouth-watering burgers, creamy shakes, award-winning sides, delicious sandwiches and so much more.”

The restaurant company will hold pre-opening VIP Events for their CharClub and mobile app members on the 6, 7 and 8 of August.

Covering an area of 2,700ft², the University Place restaurant will offer customers dine-in and takeout services.

The restaurant will feature a drive-through, kerbside pick-up and delivery through The Habit Mobile App.

It will also offer additional ordering options, including indoor self-serve kiosks and delivery through GrubHub, DoorDash, Postmates and Uber Eats.

The Habit Burger Grill CFO Tiffany Furman said: “We opened our first The Habit Burger Grill in Santa Barbara almost 55 years ago in 1969 and we’ve grown to more than 350 different locations worldwide and we couldn’t be more excited about our University Place opening.

“We have 13 other restaurants in the Evergreen State with plans for continued growth. We’re proud to be a part of this bustling, beautiful tight-knit community.”
