Multinational coffeehouse and restaurant chain Tim Hortons is set to launch its first Tims Boat-Through on Ontario's Lake Scugog for a limited period.
The new Boat-Through will be opened on 5 and 6 August at Beacon Marina near Port Perry.
It will offer sailors, boaters and paddlers the company’s summer beverages for free without having to dock.
Tim's Boat-Through menu includes sparkling quenchers that offer a blend of fruity flavours and sparkling water. These beverages will be available in Blackberry Yuzu and Orange Ginger flavours.
The beverage line-up also includes the Caramel Toffee Cold Brew, which blends Tim's Cold Brew with its Caramel Toffee syrup before being topped with espresso-infused cold foam.
Vanilla Iced Latte will also be offered at Tim's Boat-Through.
Tim Hortons chief marketing officer Hope Bagozzi said: “The summertime Tims Run is an iconic Canadian tradition that's a must-do when you're gathering with family and friends.
“Our summers fly by so quickly and Canadians savour every moment of their long weekends – so we thought, why not open our first-ever Tims Boat-Through so our guests on Lake Scugog don't miss a minute on the water?
“There's no better way to beat the heat this long weekend and all summer long than by enjoying one of our refreshing summer beverages.”
Last month, Tim Hortons introduced its Smoky Honey Bacon Breakfast Sandwiches in Canada.
