Toasted Yolk Café opens 25th Texas location in Lumberton

It will be the second Toast Yolk Café owned and operated by franchisee Bret Baumgartner.

US full-service neighbourhood eatery the Toasted Yolk café is expanding its presence in Texas with the opening of its 25th location in the state.

The new café, which opened on 21 October 2024, will serve the brand's breakfast, brunch and lunch offerings, complete with a full bar for morning cocktails, to the residents of Lumberton.

The menu at the Toasted Yolk Café features traditional breakfast and brunch dishes such as the Cowboy Scramble, the Yolkwich and Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs.

Patrons can enjoy of brunch cocktails such as Rise 'N' Shine Punch, Bloody Maria and Jackie's Morning Rita.

This will be the second Toast Yolk Café owned and operated by franchisee Bret Baumgartner, who has more than two decades of experience in the restaurant industry.

He said: "We are here to be a part of the community and bring them impeccable service and food with continued consistency. We are honoured whenever a guest chooses us and want them to feel that every time. We have genuine concern and want to make our guests' time with us exceptional."

The Toasted Yolk Cafe hosted two VIP soft opening events on 18 and 19 October 2024 in anticipation of its grand opening,

These events offered a sneak peek of the new establishment and supported the local Rotary Club of Hardin County through donations.

The Toasted Yolk has 41 locations across the Southern region of the US, with an additional 14 under development in Texas, Alabama, Florida, Mississippi and Arizona.
