US-based restaurant and sports bar Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux is set to launch a new menu tailored for sports fans.
From 15 August 2024, the company will offer a range of Ultimate Tailgate Bundles - suitable for pre-gaming, cheering and celebrating sports victories.
The bundles will be available for dine-in, pick-up and delivery.
The new line-up will include the Game Day Slider Pack - a selection of 12 sliders.
Customers will be able to choose from Black Jack Chicken Slider, Stingin' Honey Chicken Slider, BBQ Pulled Pork Slider, BBQ Pulled Pork Slider and Cheeseburger Slider.
The second bundle, the Game Day Wing Bundle, will feature 50 boneless or 20 bone-in wings paired with sauces: Garlic Parmesan, Lemon Pepper, Mojito Lime, Spicy BBQ, Gochubang, Stingin' Honey, Buffalo, Louisiana Kick nd Sweet Chili.
The third bundle option, Game Day Chicken Tender Bundle, features 25 hand-cut tenders.
Customers will be able to add Chips & Queso, Waffle Fries, Onion Rings and Beignet Bites as sides to any bundle.
Walk-On's also introduces two new beverage options – 60 oz Modelo Draft Pitchers and the Mad Michelada, a cocktail with Modelo beer and a Dos Hombres Mezcal floater, based on the restaurant's famous Mad Mary cocktail.
Walk-On's is also engaging with communities by offering to sponsor local tailgates.
Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux culinary director John Hagen said: “We think these new menu items are the perfect complement to all fan festivities.
