American fast-casual chicken wing concept Wing Snob has unveiled plans to open 100 additional units in the US and Canada by the end of 2025.

Under the leadership of co-founders Brian Shunia and Jack Mashini, the brand opened 18 franchise locations in 2023, bringing its total count to 41 at the start of 2024.

Wing Snob co-founder Jack Mashini said: “Our multi-unit franchisees have allowed us to catch fire in record time.”

To achieve its goal of opening 100 units, Wing Snob will focus on established as well as emerging markets.

The company is negotiating deals across Florida, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, Texas and Wisconsin, and also in Canada.

In preparation for growth, it has enhanced its franchise support systems, including a revamped franchise portal, and updated digital brand manuals.

It also introduced a new franchisee training system to streamline the franchising process.

The Wing Snob team is also refining its menu by regularly introducing new sauces, rubs, sides and entrée options.

Wing Snob founder Brian Shunia said: “It’s important for our group to target the right franchisees who are invested in the restaurant industry, to not only grow our brand but to also spread the Wing Snob mission of high quality, quick service chicken wings.”

The brand features traditional and boneless wings, chicken sandwiches, tenders and crispy chicken minis, with a selection of 18 distinctive flavours such as Chicken & Waffles, Snobby Q, Jamaican Jerk and Hot AF.

In line with current culinary trends, Wing Snob has also ventured into the plant-based sector, offering cauliflower wings and chicken tenders made from Beyond Meat, catering to a broader range of dietary preferences.
