American restaurant chain Wing Zone Hot Chicken & Wings is set to expand its presence in the state of Wisconsin with a new outlet in Wauwatosa.

Opening on 30 July 2024, the Wauwatosa Wing Zone is owned by Jodie and Matt Schroeder.

The new franchisees have extensive experience in restaurant industry sales and operations and opened the first Wing Zone in Milwaukee earlier in 2024.

Jodie said: “We were able to try the hot chicken sandwich, and instantly fell in love with the brand and its level of customer experience.

“So many of our competitors just offer wings or sandwiches. But Wing Zone brings together the best of both worlds for families looking to mix and match.”

To celebrate the launch, the restaurant brand is offering a promotional giveaway: six free boneless wings for customers who sign up for text deals on the company's website.

Wing Zone's menu offers a variety of heat levels and 18 sweet and savoury sauces to complement their hand-breaded boneless wings.

The chicken is marinated for 12 hours and cooked to order.

The brand also offers a selection of dry rub flavours including Garlic Parm, Nashville Hot, Salt and Vinegar, and Lemon Pepper Tajin, and sauce options such as Buffalo, Korean BBQ and Louisiana Lemon Pepper, their spiciest offering.

Established in 1993, Wing Zone is known for its chicken wings and tenders.

With more than 35 locations in North America and 60 international restaurants, the chain aims to increase its footprint to 200 profitable outlets by 2025.
