American fast-casual restaurant chain Zaxby's has bolstered its presence in the state of Texas by opening a new restaurant in Longview.
Situated at 3405 N Fourth S, the new outlet is owned and operated by JA’s Coop.
Spanning 2,700ft², it will offer seating for 36 guests. The interior design follows Zaxby's signature white farmhouse style.
The location enhances customer experience with a double drive-thru and the latest digital menu boards.
Customers can place orders in advance through Zaxby's website or mobile app.
Delivery options are also accessible via the app and include third-party services such as UberEats, DoorDash, and GrubHub.
The launch of this new Zaxby's location will create 70 jobs within the Longview community.
JA’s Coop owner and general manager Austin Barber said: “Our East Texas family is super excited for the arrival of the first Zaxby’s in Longview.
“Dedicated to enriching lives, we aspire to make a positive impact, forging partnerships with local schools and charities. As the first Zaxby’s in East Texas, we're thrilled to contribute to our community's growth and joy.”
The franchise was built with contracts offered to local businesses including Hayes Engineering, Ledbetter Plumbing Company and Longview Roofing.
In January 2024, the restaurant chain announced the opening of its third outlet in Hampton, Georgia, at 2460 Jonesboro Road.
This location, managed by Coup Management, also offers both drive-thru and dine-in options.
Zaxby's offers fresh, made-to-order Chicken Fingerz and wings, which come with a selection of sauces.
The chain recently re-introduced its popular Asian Zensation Zalad and hand-rolled Egg Rolls for a limited period.
The Zalad, starting at $9.95, features Chicken Fingerz or grilled chicken, mixed greens, vegetables, crispy wonton strips, Asian slaw and a honey sesame Teriyaki glaze.
It is complemented by a citrus vinaigrette dressing and a Veggie Egg Roll. Customers can purchase two additional Egg Rolls as a side for $3.00.
