US-based fast-casual restaurant chain Zaxby’s has bolstered its presence in southern Mississippi by opening its first location in Biloxi.

Located at 2441 Pass Road, Zaxby's new Biloxi venue is owned and operated by Pass Road Poultry.

Covering an area of 2,892ft², the new restaurant features the brand’s classic white farmhouse-style design.

Featuring a double drive-thru facility, the venue can accommodate 56 guests.

The new restaurant is equipped with new digital menu boards. The brand aims to streamline the payment and pickup process for guests seeking quicker service.

Customers can also place their orders ahead online via zaxbys.com and the new Zaxby’s app for even faster service.

Delivery is available directly through the app and via third-party delivery platforms such as UberEats, DoorDash and Grubhub.

Pass Road Poultry operating partner David Marks said: “Opening Zaxby’s restaurants along the Gulf Coast for almost 20 years, the Biloxi location is one we are most excited about. We have been doing business in Harrison County since 2017 and have always wanted to bring a store to Biloxi.

“The opportunity to open our fourth Zaxby’s location on the Mississippi Gulf Coast is exciting and humbling. We’re grateful to the communities that have supported Zaxby’s and look forward to serving the residents of Biloxi.”

Zaxby's new restaurant is the fourth in the southern Mississippi region and the 15th to be owned by seasoned licensees Hudson Sandefur and David Marks of Pass Road Poultry.

The new Zaxby's will create 50 jobs in the Biloxi community.

As part of its opening celebrations, the first 100 guests have a chance to win free Zaxby's for a year.

In December 2023, Zaxby’s announced that it would further expand its US Midwest footprint by opening three new venues under the leadership of new franchise owner Manish Malhotra.
