American restaurant chain Zaxby's is set to open its new location in Starke, Florida, on 30 September 2024.
The new venue, located at 14065 SE 48th Avenue, will be the third Zaxby's establishment for owner and operator Matt Karlton of Mattszax 301.
It will be one of the first in Florida to showcase the brand's updated signage.
Franchisee Matt Karlton said: “We are very excited to open this brand new Zaxby's location in Starke
“We look forward to continuing to expand our footprint in Florida and foster growth opportunities for our community.”
Zaxby's 3,400ft² Starke location will seat 50 dine-in guests and offer a drive-through.
Customers can place orders using the company’s website or through its app for kerbside pickup. Delivery options are also available directly through the app and via DoorDash.
Zaxbys is known for its fresh, made-to-order Chicken Fingerz and wings with a selection of sauces.
The menu also features Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries and Fried Pickles.
In February 2024, Zaxby’s opened a new location in St Augustine, Florida.
Located at 5350 State Road 16, the new venue is operated by Contentment Golf Parkway.
With a capacity for 56 guests, Zaxby’s 3,400ft² venue, showcased the brand’s signature white farmhouse design.
It features two drive-through lanes, a designated walk-out door for drive-through orders, and digital boards to improve the ordering process.
In August 2024, Zaxbys opened a new location in Bartlett, Tennessee, owned and operated by Tom Scott and Jeremy Gattie of Memphis Foods.
